Arrow Mill

The food was delicious and the restaurant was exceptionally clean and tidy. My friend and I had lunch at Arrow Mill Alcester yesterday, with Georga looking after us. She was pleasant, attentive and polite, and really seemed to care that we'd had a good experience. It was only her fourth shift, but she's an excellent member of the team. I've been to Arrow Mill countless times and every team member I've met there has been outstanding. Well done to all of you.

We had a lovely birthday evening. The Sunday menu had a good range of dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The drinks selection was brilliant too. Prices seemed comparable with other restaurants and, for the quality, not at all too high. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and service was quick. Can't fault it. Thanks for such a wonderful evening, we'll look forward to coming back ☺️

The food at Arrow Mill was incredible, with every course full of flavour, beautifully presented and cooked just right. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The relaxed atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff made us feel well looked after throughout. It's a stunning place with great service, and we'll definitely return. Highly recommended!

The birthday message in chocolate on my dessert plate was a lovely surprise and made my day. My family and I had a great celebration at Arrow Mill, and we all agreed we'd come back in the festive season. We were impressed by the setting as soon as we arrived, and the welcoming staff promptly showed us to our table. Alex and Kaitlin were cheerful and professional, the drinks came quickly, and the server recommended a cider I really enjoyed. There were plenty of menu choices for everyone. Our requests for small changes were noted and all the meals arrived as ordered. The food was tasty, the portions were generous, and we had plenty of time between courses to enjoy the occasion.
