We were four, and there was plenty of room to feel at ease. The upstairs lounge, kitchen and dining space is a lovely place to wind down, and the whole place is beautifully equipped. The sea-facing balcony upstairs was great for breakfast coffee or eating outside, with the view right there. It's called the 'Lookout', and that name fits. Aldeburgh's shops, restaurants, deli's and seafront walks are all nearby. Bob & Lisa kept in touch well and left a generous welcome hamper. Really thoughtful touches throughout. We had a great stay.

Our family wasn't ready to leave, and we're already looking forward to staying again. The beach views are beautiful, with shops and restaurants close by. The apartment was spotless and lovely inside, even better than the photos suggest. It feels like the owners have put a lot of care into making it homely. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch.
