Premier Inn Bristol City Centre Haymarket

The front desk staff were accommodating and seemed to enjoy their jobs. When I wanted to eat my pot noodle in the room, they got me a fork without hesitation. Our room was clean, the shower was hot, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked, and the towels were clean. The location couldn't have been better, just a minute's walk from the town centre. We also found on-site parking, which was a fantastic deal for central Bristol. A great place to stay!

The location is hard to beat, and the front desk staff were lovely and answered all our questions. We booked breakfast, which was pretty good all things considered. Our room was good, with a view over Bristol city, an ensuite shower and bath, and a hairdryer included. It was great, though perhaps a little expensive.

The room was great: large and comfortable, with a TV, Wi-Fi, bath, and shower. It's a nice hotel in a good central spot, though parking is the usual Bristol city-centre problem. They have their own car park, but you can't reserve a space ahead of time. The staff were friendly, apart from the night guard, who stands there with a clipboard asking for ID. If a valid room card opens the door, why hassle guests?

The staff were friendly when we arrived and happy to help. Having local parking is a bonus because the city centre can get very busy, and the hotel's right in the middle of town, with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was big but tired, and could use some paint and a proper deep clean in the bathroom. I'd happily stay again, though the rooms need attention.
