A cosy converted barn on a working farm, with a hot tub. The kitchen was really well equipped, and the beds and sofa were comfortable. There’s plenty to do and lots of places to visit in the Peak District.

The rooms are spacious, inviting and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is cooked to a very high standard, with a choice of dishes. Sue can also point you to the best pubs and tell you which takeaways are currently delivering, and there’s a welcome pack full of ideas for things to do nearby. The family who run this B&B and the beef farm are so welcoming and friendly. There are three rooms in an annex, with a downstairs communal area that also serves as the small dining room. Staying here feels less like a B&B and more like visiting long-lost cousins who’ve invited you to stay. If you need to stay in this area, this is the place you’ll want. Seriously.

This was my second time at Park Farm, and it was just as good as the first. The four of us shared the three comfortable, clean and spacious bedrooms. After a lovely meal at the local pub, The Dog Inn, we sat chatting for ages in the sitting room, which we were very glad to have access to. Sue’s son and young grandson served us a tasty breakfast. I’d recommend this B&B if you have a car and enjoy peace and quiet. It’s a real haven.

This was our second stay, and we’ll definitely be back again. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are always nice, clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice to keep you going until lunch.

Sue and her family looked after us well, including setting us up for the day with an excellent breakfast. They also knew the area and gave us helpful information about places to visit. Martin and I stayed here in August 2020. The room was great, and the rural farm setting was relaxing and lovely. We’d definitely like to stay again.
