The lounge had a great view across the estuary towards Cumbria, with a smart TV and a log burner that had been set up so it was easy to light. There was more wood in the garage. The front double bedroom had an even better estuary view, and we didn't need the rear twin room. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath and a separate corner shower. The place was warm, and we were given instructions for boosting the heating if needed. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus welcome biscuits, tea, coffee, milk and dishwasher tabs. There was a private parking space at the rear and a small private garden, separated from the house by an access lane behind the adjoining properties. Annan is a 10-15 minute drive away for Aldi and takeaway food, and Powfoot Hotel, which serves amazing food, is about a five minute walk away. Fantastic property in an ideal location. I'd love to return to Shoreside soon.
