We had three rooms, two doubles and a single, for a family trip from Scotland, with ages ranging from 15 to 75. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean, tidy and well laid out, and staff were consistently friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant right next door with very good food, fair prices and excellent service. We stayed for two nights this weekend, 08/02/2026, and will definitely come back.

After visiting for two and a half years, I’ve noticed the menu has a better range of meals now. The place isn’t high-end, but the food is good and it’s welcoming. The staff have always been friendly, and they remember me whenever I come in. It’s great seeing familiar faces, and I’d recommend it.

The breakfast was good quality and there was plenty of it. On arrival the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were spotless. The bathroom showed a bit of wear and tear. 9/10 all round.

Completely disappointed. The rooms were dusty, there was no shower gel in the toilet, and help was hard to get. The carpets need changing urgently, and the electrical fittings don’t feel safe for kids. Please deal with this as soon as possible. The receptionist was also working as the room service lady. Anyone thinking of staying should be aware of these problems.

Wendy at reception made check-in feel like pulling teeth. The rooms were boiling even with the air conditioning off, and then it started making strange noises at 3am. They’re filthy and worn out too, especially the carpets, which look like they haven’t had a proper hoover in years. Honestly, a crap hotel. Nowhere near normal Premier Inn standards, and I wouldn’t stay again.
