It's a clean, nicely furnished apartment, and whether it suits you depends on what you're after. I had expected to look out at the sea from inside, but that was my mistake, not the owners'. From the lounge, you can only see the sea in the distance if you stand up, and the harbour is far away. The mattresses seemed poor quality, too. Checkout is 10 a.m., as the booking information clearly says, but I hadn't checked whether there was any flexibility before booking. They apparently can't offer a later checkout because of their arrangement with the cleaning company, which is outside their control. We left a night early and cancelled our dinner plans because we didn't want to drag teenage kids out of bed to leave on time. That might not be an issue for a family with young children who get up early. There were a lot of instructions, which can be useful, but to me they felt a little unwelcoming. I understand the owners are trying to protect their property, and that's only my opinion. It's an easy drive to the Eden project, which we visited. One of their texts says they'd rather guests report problems to them than mention them in a review. I understand that's to help resolve issues, but I still wanted to give an honest account of my experience.
