I've stayed here before on trips to see my mother at a nursing home in Canterbury, and the location works well for that. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially reception between 22 and 24 November 2025. Parking is free, and the bar stays open late with a reasonable drinks selection. This is the Ashford Eureka Park Travelodge, not the Town Centre one. It's a budget hotel, so four stars feels fair for the good price. The room was clean, the mattress comfortable, and the TV was small but fine. It was comfortable enough for two nights, though it's not a luxury place and doesn't claim to be. The bar and restaurant were comfortable enough, and I was surprised by how tasty dinner was. Thanks to the Saturday night chef on 22 November 2025. I didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that. I'll stay again on my next UK trip.

We had a two-night stay, and it was the worst weekend we've had at a Travelodge. Children from one family were running along the hallway, playing, and screaming until the early hours, while their parents seemed not to care. The front desk didn't respond to my complaint, though staff were telling other noisy guests to keep it down because there were families on the floor, even as that family was making most of the noise. We also got no fresh towels on the second day, despite putting the top-up sign on the door. The cleaners were on our floor while we were out. And the room-choice fee going from £3.50 to £7.00 is ridiculous.

This was my fourth stay. It's handy for an early Eurotunnel crossing the next morning, and Travelodge is reliably clean and comfortable, even if it's not a five-star hotel. Reception were very nice, parking was free, and the January price was exceptional. I'll definitely come again 👍🏻

The location is very good for exploring this part of Kent. We stayed with friends to see the area and visit family, but I wouldn't book the disabled-access rooms again. The rooms were clean, though they smelled strongly of cheap disinfectant. The beds are comfortable but narrow singles, so if you move around in your sleep you could fall out. I'd have preferred a wet room to a bath with a shower over it and grab rails. My wife felt unsafe getting in and out, and I thought the rails were badly positioned.

Even as a last-minute booking, this turned out to be a lovely stay. Reception staff were friendly and attentive, and our room was clean with fresh sheets. We were on the ground floor and heard people passing now and then, but it didn't really bother us. We slept well, parking was free, and there were plenty of places to find food.
