Holiday Inn Aylesbury by IHG

As a wheelchair user, I found the hotel amenities easy to use, with no obstacles to get around, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Everyone greeted us pleasantly with a smile, whatever the time, and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and warm, and the beds almost too comfortable. Food was excellent, nicely presented and reasonably priced, and the bar was just as good. Tables were cleared and cleaned almost immediately. My husband and I have promised ourselves we'll return. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Kristina deserves a big thank you. She was friendly and chatty, and happy to help with anything. The customer service was great. The hotel was clean, check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were very nice. It was perfectly located for what we needed. Highly recommend.

The rooms are a great size, with comfortable beds, and the rates are reasonable. The bathrooms look like they could use an update, though. Facilities were all good, with a choice at breakfast and pool and gym access for hotel guests. The staff are friendly and helpful, and Raj at reception always gives us a warm welcome.

The food is always high quality, and the waiting staff are consistently polite and courteous, which hasn’t been my experience at other hotels. Raj is very welcoming and makes a visit feel like being a family member. He always ensures my room is ready when I arrive early, and the team recognise me straight away and greet me by name. That really impressed my daughter when she came with me. Aylesbury Holiday Inn is definitely my favourite hotel to visit. My only request: could the water cooler be moved closer to the sauna? Otherwise, I love the place.
