The breakfast was really good, served in a lovely conservatory, and the bedrooms and house were beautiful. Melissa was wonderful with people and went above and beyond what you’d normally expect. This is the best Guest House we’ve ever stayed in, and we had no negatives at all. We wish we could have stayed longer. You must stay at Appin Guest House if you need accommodation in Ayr. A brilliant stay, and we’d give Melissa and Appin a resounding 100%.

We stayed overnight for a wedding at a nearby venue. The B&B is lovely, the service was excellent, and the tasty breakfast was no trouble at all. It’s well worth more than they charge, and I’d recommend staying here.

The overnight stay with breakfast cost £55. We were so impressed by the very good quality cooked breakfast and how well looked after we were that we gave £65. It’s an absolutely beautiful home, and the owner is just lovely.

We’ve stayed twice and would definitely return. The place is beautifully decorated throughout, and the couple who own it are really lovely. I’d highly recommend Appin Guest House to anyone looking for accommodation in Ayr.

The hosts were so warm and friendly, and breakfast was brilliant, with everything you could want. I stayed for one night and the room was spotless and fantastic. I’ll definitely stay again.
