I’m looking forward to breakfast, as my wife stayed here a few months ago and said it was fantastic. The hostess has been friendly and helpful so far. The new building is high quality, better than most hotels I’m used to. My spacious bedroom looks toward a bend in the river about 50 metres away, where trout are showing. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has a large shower area, and guests can use a shared lounge and TV room.

The full Irish breakfast was excellent, and the landlady was great. The B&B sits in a lovely spot with good scenery and a small brook behind it. The rooms throughout are modern, nicely decorated, and well equipped. I’d happily recommend it.

The breakfast was fantastic, and our host was friendly and very accommodating. We found the room exceptionally clean and comfortable, with lovely views across the property. As other guests have said, it’s better than most hotel rooms.

The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the hostess made us feel very welcome. Aghadowney is quiet, and the house looks over the River Bann. It felt warm and inviting for an autumn or winter break. I can only imagine how the area is in summer, with Coleraine, Portrush and Portstewart perhaps 10 minutes away.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and the guest house was very clean. It’s right beside the river. I’ll definitely stay here again.
