The hosts made us feel like part of the family, they were so welcoming. The bungalow was well equipped for either a short or longer stay, and good value. It’s a lovely little place for a couple or small family. Bamburgh has some great pubs and, of course, the stunning castle. The location also worked well for trips to Newcastle and Edinburgh.

We spent a long weekend here in May and had a great time. The property was lovely, with everything we needed to cook and relax indoors. Restaurants and pubs are just a short distance away. We visited the castle and enjoyed a walk on the beach, and another day walked to Seahouses, which is well worth seeing. I’d recommend staying here and hope to come back next year.

We first stayed here over New year 2023/2024 and loved it, then came back recently to find the apartment had had a fabulous makeover. It now feels fresh and clean, with all the amenities you need to feel at home. The location is ideal for visiting different places and going on walks. After a long walk, it was lovely to have a bath for aching muscles, and pubs and restaurants are an easy walk away. The host also provides games, so there’s something to do on sunny days or cosy winter nights. We’ll be back.

We’ve been three years in a row and keep enjoying it. The flat is quiet and really conveniently located, with everything a young family needs. Manda is so helpful and accommodating.

Manda was a lovely host and kept in touch well. The place was clean, very well equipped, and in a great location. I’ll definitely stay again.
