A quaint, cosy pub and restaurant by the river, with parking and a dog-friendly setup. The log fire added to the setting, the roast was good, and the food was nice. Service was mostly good, though our arrival felt awkward: the restaurant staff had seen us but carried on sorting cutlery and napkins while we stood there. It’s still a lovely pub, and I’d recommend it.
