Sandra and Len run a lovely guesthouse and are really friendly without being intrusive. It's around a 10 minute walk to the town centre, with plenty of pubs, restaurants and attractions. The room was spotless, full of character, and had all the amenities you'd expect in a hotel. Each evening it had been gently tidied, with the tea, coffee and milk topped up, while everything else was left as I'd left it. Breakfast was beautiful every morning, with options from cereal to a full fry. I'd recommend this place for work or a holiday, and if I come back to Banbury, I'd stay here again without hesitation.

We're staying here while the purchase of our house is still being completed. Sandra and Len have made it feel like home, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The place is very clean and the beds are amazingly comfortable. I'd highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Banbury or the surrounding area.

Sandra and Len made us feel very welcome and checked that we had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, the location was great, and breakfast was excellent.

One of the nicest places I've stayed. Sandra gave me a warm welcome when she opened the door, and my room was lovely and clean, with everything I needed, including the Wi-Fi password and information. The bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in, and breakfast was wonderful. I'll be back soon. Now that I know about this place, I don't think I'll stay anywhere else in the area!

The guesthouse is very clean and modern, and both Len and Sandra are welcoming. Its location is convenient for the Banbury centre.
