The only issue was the internet. Basic mobile phone connectivity was fine, but streaming on the TV or connecting and playing our own games console may be difficult because the bandwidth didn't support it. Otherwise, we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend Cobblers Barn. It's a beautiful, spacious, well-designed house in lovely countryside with scenery on all sides, and Karen was a fantastic, helpful and accommodating host. Freshly baked bread, lemon cake and shortbread biscuits were waiting for us on arrival, a really nice touch. We'll be back soon.

The hot tub was amazing, and the whole place was lovely to stay in. Everything was spotless and really well equipped. It was reassuring to have the host nearby if we needed anything. We loved it.

We keep coming back, and this was our third visit. It works so well for a family or group of friends: everyone can sit together in the kitchen, and the hot tub now has a smart garden shed around it, with room for a couple of waterproof sofas. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent too. Great place and location, and we’ll no doubt be back.

The beds were really comfortable, and the huge bath and shower were great. There’s a massive living room with a TV, plus another TV in the big kitchen, which came in handy. Everything was very clean, and we enjoyed the hot tub in the back garden too.
