The family room was very large, with big beds, crisp sheets and views from both the front and back of the property. The host John gave us a very friendly welcome. The Royal Crescent is only a five-minute walk away, and the town centre takes about 10 minutes on foot. Breakfast was a lovely full English, with extra toast if you wanted it, and it was excellent value. Do reserve a parking space, as parking in Bath is expensive. I’ve seen much pricier places in worse condition, and a little dust never hurt anyone. I’ll definitely use this hotel again when visiting the best city in the UK. Thanks.

The host was a really nice, helpful guy, and breakfast was filling with plenty of hot and cold choices. Everything was about a five-minute walk away, so the location was excellent. Good value for money.

The host was very helpful, and at least the bedding was clean and fresh. But the place was run down and not very clean. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again.
