What a lovely little gem. The kitchen was well equipped, and there's a patio plus an enclosed gazebo beside the river. A Murphy bed is tucked away neatly in the living room if you need a third bedroom. We used to live in Bath and had always been curious about the toll houses, so staying in one was a lot of fun.

The accommodation was clean, nicely decorated, and finished, with a well stocked, fully equipped kitchen. Its riverside spot is great, and the walk into Bath is nice and flat. We loved the place as much as we loved Bath. Quirky and wonderful 😊

The river location is great, and you can walk into the town centre. There are good local pubs nearby too. Be ready for lots of steep stairs. Maintenance wasn't great, and the patio and garden were dirty.

Right in a handy spot for getting around Bath, and it really felt like home. Toll keepers cottage was full of character, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I'd happily stay again.
