The kitchen's generous size and big dining area worked well for our family, and it had almost everything we needed. Hobs would make a real difference, though, since cooking options are limited without them. We spent two lovely nights here with our children, aged 9 and 11. The building and grounds are beautiful, the facilities were great, and the staff were brilliant and very helpful. After checkout, they kindly stored our bags so we could keep exploring Bath on our last day.

The reception team greeted us warmly and were extremely helpful. Our dorm and the shared areas were all very clean. It's a lovely place to stay in a quiet, pretty neighborhood, with beautiful countryside around Bath nearby.

The hostel was clean, comfortable, and felt safe for me travelling alone. It's surrounded by nature in a peaceful spot, although the walk up is a bit steep. There are lovely views over Bath if you walk or hike nearby. I really enjoyed staying at YHA Bath.

The view and the hostel itself are really lovely. My room was clean and quiet, and all the staff I met were friendly and helpful. They say this is the prettiest YHA in the UK, which is why I came to see it for myself.

The main building has a lot of character, and my bed was comfortable. I had a good en-suite room, and the staff were very friendly. There was a machine or generator-like noise going all night, though, which made sleeping less comfortable. The price is fair, and I enjoyed my stay overall. The hostel is handy for a bus stop right outside, and you can park on Bathwick Hill beside the route to it. Just be prepared for the uphill walk.
