Sean was such a friendly, knowledgeable host, and I really enjoyed the four nights here. The location is handy for the train station and the price was very reasonable. My only suggestion would be to have a little kettle in the room. Otherwise, I couldn't fault it.

Sean, the owner, made us feel at home. We had a really relaxing stay, and getting into Belfast city centre was a short journey.

The rooms were a little dated, but that added to the place's Irish charm. Sean gave us a lovely welcome, and the internet was good and fast.

Sean is a welcoming host with loads of local knowledge. The rooms were pleasant, the help yourself breakfast was nice, and it was good value.

The beds were great and everything was very clean. It’s a really welcoming guest house, and I’d definitely book again if I’m passing through.
