Belfast Penthouse & Apartment by Ultra Urban

I stayed Monday to Friday for three months and found it excellent value. The location worked well, the parking felt safe, and the accommodation was clean, roomy and comfortable. Whenever anything came up, the porter on site dealt with it quickly. Highly recommended.

We could easily walk to anywhere we needed in the city centre from this apartment, which is in a pretty good central spot. The rooms and the rest of the place were spotless and really comfortable. We'll book it again next time we're in belfast.

Darin was quick to respond and helpful both at check-in and during our stay. He was also accommodating when we asked for extra parking. We had a great time here and would definitely come back.

Avoid. Dealing with George was a very disappointing experience. After I booked, George asked for a security deposit, but that wasn't clearly shown in the Booking.Com app. I said we weren't comfortable going ahead once we learned about it, just an hour after making the booking. We submitted a request for free cancellation, which was refused and handled poorly. All the messages went through WhatsApp, and the whole exchange felt unprofessional. It left us stressed and having to find somewhere else at the last minute. Very disappointing.
