The stay was acceptable, though there are some easy things they could improve. The rooms and bathroom were clean, and the beds were comfortable, but there were no cups with the tea and coffee setup, and the rooms and beds weren’t made up after use. The communal areas and kitchen needed cleaning too. They called it a B&B, but didn’t put out breakfast items, just said we could cook our own if we wanted. It felt more like a hostel and should be advertised that way.

For £115 for two weekend nights near the city centre at Christmas, this was good value, especially when everywhere else was over £300. The rooms were small and had no TV, but they were clean, the beds were lovely and comfortable, and each room had its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. Free WiFi meant watching something on my phone or bringing an iPad or laptop was an option. Staff seemed friendly enough when I arrived. It’s a budget place for sleeping and showering, and I’d stay again in Belfast rather than pay loads for extras I wouldn’t use.

Amy and Marian were lovely hosts. The B&B was cosy and comfortable, and breakfast was simple but there was plenty to serve yourself.

The area is convenient and the place was clean and tidy, but it felt overpriced for what was there. My room had a kettle and nothing else, no cups, tea or coffee. The shower also wasn’t working properly.

Small rooms, but the beds were comfortable. The place was clean and warm, and the staff were friendly. Handy for a night out in town.
