ibis Belfast City Centre

I was here for a few days for my stag do with the groomsmen. The staff were approachable, friendly and patient, and we felt comfortable around the hotel. They were pretty tolerant of the groomsmen’s “activities”. There are lots of good pubs and places to visit within a short walk. I’d stay again in Belfast. Thanks, Ibiz Staff.

Sara and Jonny made the night shift such good fun. They were chatty, funny and accommodating, and I’ve never enjoyed a hotel or bar night more. They even made me a ham and pineapple pizza at midnight, which tells you what a good time it was. I’d come back just for them. The hotel was affordable, comfortable and had good amenities. Our room had enough space, the beds were really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. There was a little condensation on the windows. The 24-hour pizza, bar and breakfast were fantastic for the price.

I wasn’t keen on the plastic bathrooms, but the bed was comfortable, the location was good and the staff were lovely. On our first night my husband was in awful pain. At 3.45am, Jonny and another staff member were so helpful, and even took me to the shop next door to get painkillers for him. Lots of the team helped us. Sara was helpful with Tavel and the food was lovely. Ygor was great at the bar, and Scott helped change the TV over to sports and served us. For me, the staff really make a hotel.

It’s a great location, with pretty much everything just a 5-minute walk away. The buffet breakfast had a fantastic selection and was good value. Our room was clean, modern and had everything we needed for a short stay. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We’d definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Ibis Belfast City Centre.
