The prices are very reasonable, and I'd recommend it. The pub is spacious and laid out well, with a separate area for parties and weddings, plus a carvery. The food was excellent and breakfast was good. They also have overnight accommodation, and the hotel rooms are large and very clean. Very pleasant surroundings.

The house smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the front door was left unlocked. I couldn't lock it myself. The area felt sketchy, and I felt unsafe from the start.

We refused to stay and left after 20 minutes. The house reeked of cigarettes, had a horrible vibe, and was in an unsafe area. The front door wouldn't lock.

Great location, friendly staff and the place was very clean.

I booked a room just a few hours ahead, but when I arrived there was no key or entry code. I couldn’t get in, didn’t stay, and paid for nothing. Absolutely disgusting.
