There was no WiFi, the bed was really hard, and the kettle needs replacing. The bath mat was dirty, and the curtain on the door had the same mark as last October. Compared with last year's fairly clean stay, this time the place hadn't been cleaned properly between guests. The skirting boards were dirty, there were coffee stains on the table and floor, cobwebs on the lights, and mould all over the bathroom tiles. The bathroom needs regrouting and the room hadn't been dusted in ages.

These are photos I took when we arrived the second time we stayed. I only just saw your review from last year, and we didn't leave the place in a mess. This is how it looked when we got there.

It's within walking distance of Beverley train station, very close to the new flemingate development and near the town centre. The inside was lovely and clean, with all the facilities.
