We slept so well in the peaceful room overlooking a lovely garden. The facilities were excellent, breakfast was great, and the hosts made us feel so welcome. One of the best B&Bs in England, we can't recommend it enough! X

Peter and Martin are what make this place stand out. They're so attentive, and Peter makes a fantastic breakfast using local produce. The B&B has loads of character, and you can enjoy breakfast looking out over the garden. If you're after somewhere unusual in Bexhill, put this at the top of your list.

We've kept coming back after our first visit, and I can see why. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and breakfast is fantastic. The house feels as warm and welcoming as the lovely hosts, and it's on a quiet road with the town an easy walk away. For us, this is the only place to stay in Bexhill.

The little details really stood out. My wife asked for fruit tea at breakfast, and by that evening there were bags of it in the tea and coffee area in our room. We also loved the food, especially the toast made from home-baked bread, and our room and the garden were lovely. It has the feel of a small five-star hotel, with a genuinely warm welcome and thoughtful hospitality throughout. Why stay anywhere else?

We haven't stayed here ourselves, but our children and their families choose it when they come to visit. It's been about 10 years since we first got to know Peter and Martin, and by now they feel like friends. I'm sure my French son-in-law makes the trip across the Channel as much for Peter's English breakfast as for seeing us.
