Premier Inn Bicester

I'm here for work and was put in a disabled room. That's not a huge issue, but the bed is really low, as you'd expect in that type of room, and it's hard and very uncomfortable. The WiFi is absolutely terrible. Why can't Premier inn get the internet working? Even the premium WiFi is awful.

My Standard room was okay for what I needed, but it could use a deep clean. There were stains on the walls under the TV and by the toilet. The public area carpets were dirty, and the debris was still there three days later when I left. How often does housekeeping vacuum the corridors? Staff were pleasant when they were at reception. The hotel looks tired, with damaged walls and doors and worn carpets in places. During the week, contractors overwhelm this Premier Inn, and oversized vans fill the car park, making parking difficult. People visiting the Brewers Fayre add to the problem. Please move the smoking area away from the front door. Walking through a cloud of smoke to reach the car park pay machine or enter the hotel is dreadful. How about at least six metres away?

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and our room was clean, a good size and very comfortable. It's a handy stop for an overnight stay near the M40, and Bicester Shopping Village, with its great shops, is just a ten-minute walk away. I'd definitely recommend this Premier Inn.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless and super comfortable. I really enjoyed my night at the Premier Inn in Bicester. It's also close to Bicester Village, so the location is great. I'd happily stay again!
