No 20 is our favourite of the apartments on the Causeway. We’ve stayed in several over the years and liked them all, but this one comes out on top for us. It’s modern, lovely to stay in, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with magnificent views.
Vanessa was a wonderful host, always helpful, understanding and quick to respond. The on-site pool, gym and steam room were available too. Right on the beach, the apartment has amazing views and sunsets from its balcony, and we had such a lovely stay, though we wished it had been longer. Inside, the tasteful decor and well-equipped rooms felt beautiful, with comfortable beds and linens, rainfall showers, fluffy towels and Temple Spa toiletries. Thanks for the welcome treats and milk in the fridge.
We never got tired of watching the sea move in and out and looking across to Burgh Island. The apartment is in a stunning spot and feels just perfect. It’s furnished to a very high standard, with excellent quality linens, towels and kitchen equipment. The owners have thought of everything for a relaxing holiday, and the extra kitchen bits and bathroom items waiting for us were a lovely touch.
The view across the water to Burgh Island kept us entertained, whether we were looking out the window or sitting on the balcony. Apartment 20 sits right above the beach, and it was a real treat to stay somewhere so lovely. The furniture and furnishings are high quality and like new, and the bedding and towels are just as good. Vanessa and Peter have done a brilliant job thinking of nearly everything, including the little welcome goodies. We had a fantastic holiday and are booking again for next year. It’s a very high standard, and I wish more apartments were like this because holidays would be much easier and less stressful.
We had a relaxed family break at Easter and will definitely come back to this beautiful holiday home. We stayed for a week at 20 Burgh island, where the beds were very comfortable and the sunsets and views were amazing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated in a modern seaside style and had everything we could need. Vanessa and Peter welcomed us with wine, cake, milk and more, then checked in during our stay to make sure we were having a good time and to sort out any problems in person.
