Lammerlaw Farm Cottage

Danielle and Robert were the warmest, friendliest hosts we’ve had in all our years of staying in holiday cottages. We had a lovely family holiday at Lammerlaw cottage. It was comfortable, clean and tidy, with a fabulous view of the distant hills. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of indoor and outdoor family games and DVDs. The setting is wonderfully peaceful, yet it was easy to reach local places of interest, scenic walks and mountain biking. We also appreciated the sustainable setup: wind turbines provide the power, there’s an air source heat pump, and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. Nice local touches included pictures by local artists and thoughtful local produce waiting on the kitchen table.
