Bh Residence

This place is disgusting, and the housing association has been ridiculous to deal with. I reported a leaking shower three times, and it took four months to fix. The faulty windows took a few months, and the ripped flooring with nails sticking out took weeks to repair, even though I have a young infant walking across it. My things have been stolen from the shared kitchen three times, and nothing was done. There are also frequent water problems, with no hot water or no water at all, and rats and cockroaches, mainly around the kitchen. The health and safety is poor. My young infant and I fell down the building stairs when they were slippery, and there was no sign at the time. The office isn’t much help either, they turn you down or the customer service is rude. They treat tenants as if they don’t care and only want the money. They evict parents with children, and this place isn’t suitable for kids. I wouldn’t even give it one star. Avoid living here. The company is Ash Shahdara Association.
