The room was very tidy and clean, and the hotel is well equipped. I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. The gym was decent, with a bench, dumbbells up to 20kg, and running and cycling machines. I heard there’s a swimming pool too, but I didn’t see it or use it.

The pillow seems fine if you only need a spare or something temporary, but for the price I don’t think it’s worth it. It warms up quickly and seems to hold heat, which makes it uncomfortable for sleeping. The fabric feels a bit rough and not as soft or high quality as I’d hoped. Comfort is the bigger issue: it starts out soft, then after a few nights feels flat and uneven, with poor neck support. I often wake feeling like I slept in an awkward position. It looks fluffy during the day but loses its shape fast. My expectations were pretty normal, and it disappointed me more than I thought it would. It’s not completely awful, but I wouldn’t buy it again or recommend it to anyone wanting lasting support.

Very friendly staff and an easy, convenient stay. The rooms feel a little dated, but the hotel is well organised and clean. There was nothing to rave about or complain about, and I’d book again.

If zero stars were possible, that’s what this hotel would get. I’d stayed here for a few months in total over the last few years, and everything used to be fine. But the customer service has become really bad in recent days. Treating customers without respect is the worst thing you can do in hospitality. I no longer think it’s worth coming back.
