Everything was clean, Josh at reception was friendly and helpful, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The room was nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. I’ve already arranged to come back for future business trips, so I’d highly recommend it. Hard to find much fault unless you’re being really picky.

There’s plenty of room for two, and the kitchen came with everything we needed. The large fridge was handy too. Parking on site was good and free. We had a small shower problem on our last day, but the kind woman at reception apologised and we sorted it out. A good place for a short break.

We booked the studio for my boyfriend’s birthday and paid £78. Two days later, when I checked the price, the best apartment was down to £50, so it felt like we’d been ripped off. On arrival, reception told us the lift was out of order, and we also noticed the toilets weren’t working. There are fewer than 10 parking spaces round the back, and the street parking they said we could use seemed dangerous. In the apartment, hot water took over 10 minutes to come through, the toiletries provided didn’t seem sanitary, and traffic noise from the busy road was really loud. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The building isn’t much to look at from outside, but inside it’s very modern. Our apartment was clean, tidy and spacious enough for us, with all the usual things you’d want for a home-from-home stay. The bed was comfortable too. I’d recommend Naps Inn and would stay there again.
