I understand the refund policy, but I wish Kunda house had taken my situation into account. I booked six weeks of accommodation for an electrician course, then the company running it went into administration a week before it was due to start. I lost £6,400. I told Kunda house straight away, yet of the more than £800 I’d paid for the stay, I could only recover £56 under their policy. I asked if they could return even half, since I’m an individual trying to recoup a small part of my losses, while recognising they’re still a business. They weren’t willing to consider it. It felt like a cold and callous response.

I arrived to find the property shut. The company confirmed it when I called. Ridiculous, I’d give zero stars if that were possible.
