I was away for work and spent three nights in this cottage. After busy days, it was lovely to come back somewhere so welcoming. The garden in the evening light was breathtaking, and Carol stayed up later than usual to let me in, then showed me around. My room was spotless, with plenty of tea and coffee, and I slept like a baby in the lovely bed every night. The shower and bathroom were excellent. There wasn’t enough time to enjoy the place as much as I wanted, but it felt like a home away from home. I’d choose it over the usual hotel chain next time.

We felt very welcome, and the property was lovely, well kept, peaceful, and beautiful where it sits. Everything we needed was there, and breakfast in the morning was splendid. We didn’t get to spend much time there because we were attending a wedding at Shustoke Farm Barn, then had to head back to our children. It was perfect for the occasion, and the taxi was £4. We’d love to return for a properly relaxing break.

Carol and John made us feel welcome in their beautiful home, and we had a relaxing night. Breakfast was excellent and served early enough for us to reach the NEC by 8.00. It’s a lovely little place tucked away, and we’re happy to recommend it.

We’ve stayed at Carols several times and keep coming back for the comfortable ensuite rooms and peaceful setting. The owners make you feel at home and are around to help with the extra touches. There’s also a small, well equipped kitchen if you want to heat up something in the evening, plus off road parking behind the property. It’s an affordable BnB near the NEC, about a 15 minute drive from a show there. The hearty breakfast is freshly prepared, and the accommodation is good. We can genuinely recommend this friendly Bed n Breakfast.

It felt like a home from home, with a warm house, a comfortable clean bed, and a lovely breakfast. Carol was a polite, caring, and welcoming host. I couldn’t fault the place.
