Annicia and her colleague looked after us so well, and it was the best Premier Inn breakfast we’ve had. Annicia washed her hands and put gloves on before serving the allergen food, which I really appreciated. Both restaurant staff were helpful with the allergen menu and getting coffee, and the food was cooked fresh to order and tasted great. They handled my gluten-free request without any fuss. We’d arrived after a long day travelling without having eaten. The staff member on duty said restaurant service began at 5pm, but when we asked about nearby options, she suggested places and offered to open the kitchen early. We accepted, and she helped us order gluten-free food for me and a standard menu meal for my husband. It came promptly, hot and tasty. Everyone we met from check-in onwards was professional, polite and helpful. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from Utilita Arena Birmingham. We’ve booked another stay here in October and look forward to coming back. Thank you for having us.

I’m finishing my first week here and have another one to go. Everyone has made the stay feel so warm and welcoming, and I’ve never been to a hotel where the staff were this kind, caring and attentive. The two women on night shifts have gone above and beyond, and the manager even cooked my breakfast. My room is clean and a lovely size, with a bath too. I’d definitely stay here again.

Jess deserves a special mention. She was friendly, professional and went out of her way to make our visit a great one. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout. We had a great stay at Premier Hotel and would definitely come back.

I was pleased with the lovely breakfast team in the morning, and the whole team were great. At the front desk, Jass was very reassuring and helpful when we discovered a payment was missing for my stay, which my employer had booked on my behalf. She emailed the company from the Hotel e-mail to explain that I’d had to pay and to support getting the payment reimbursed to me. Thank you.
