The daytime reception team seemed to keep checking up on our group, especially at breakfast. Several of us noticed, and it felt unnecessary since everyone behaved impeccably. We were a large booking, a mix of adults and children attending the Tattoo. The family room had enough space for four and was clean and functional. Breakfast was hot with plenty of choice, and at 0845 we were seated straight away without booking a time slot. The bar staff were friendly and let us bring takeaway food into the bar as long as we bought drinks, since the restaurant had closed. One thing to know if you're going to the arena: it's a 35-minute walk, not 20.

We had a really nice one-night stay. The room was tidy and clean. I wear earplugs, so I can't say how noisy it was, but my husband apparently slept like a log. Breakfast is worth recommending. Parking isn't free because of the location, though guests get a cheaper rate.

I come back every May for an event and have never been let down. The rooms are always in great condition, and the staff are friendly. The place is clearly well cared for and kept very clean. There are plenty of parking spaces, though it can be expensive. Food at the restaurant can take a little while, but if you're not in a rush it's a nice social setting. The hotel can't control the parking prices, so I don't blame them for that.

I spent three nights here and had a brilliant stay from beginning to end. The team made us feel welcome and went above and beyond, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed. The food was top notch throughout. It's also very well placed if you need to be near the airport or the NEC, both within walking distance. I'd happily come back and recommend it.
