Sobia greeted us when we arrived and was friendly, welcoming and helpful about the apartment and the area. She was lovely to talk with and to book through. The Jewellery quarter location was convenient, with the city centre a few minutes away by car or around a 20-minute walk. There's a Tesco at the top of the road for basics and a bigger store nearby for longer stays. The gated car park under the building felt very secure, and we had an allocated space. Inside, the apartment felt new, spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, the ensuite was lovely, and the shower was wonderfully warm first thing in the morning, better than ours at home. We also appreciated the fitted kitchen and appliances, dining table and chairs, comfy sofas, TV, Netflix and free wifi. We had a great stay and will book again when we're back in Birmingham. I'd recommend UR STAY apartments for short or long visits, whether for work or a holiday.

We have a return visit in mind after a lovely weekend here, though we're heading home tomorrow. The apartments were clean, comfortable and spacious. Jay met us when we arrived and checked in later to make sure we were all right. The kitchen had everything we needed. There's a great Tesco close by, a fab Indian restaurant just two minutes away on foot, and St Pauls Cabs were excellent and very reasonably priced. Our son especially appreciated the free wifi. Thanks, Jay, for being so kind.

I stayed here shortly before covid. When I left after a week, I got a parking charge notice because the bay Jay had directed me to belonged to someone else. I'd told Jay at the time, and he said it had been sorted. Two years later I'm facing a County Court judgement over the unpaid fine, while Jay denies responsibility. Avoid at all costs.

We found the place spotless and well organized, with new appliances and enough room for six people. The new facility was a great fit for a family, and the location was great too.
