The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The TV only picked up a handful of channels, and you could hear through the very thin walls. Continental breakfast wasn’t our thing, though it should suit people who like that sort of breakfast.

There was a darts challenge going on while people played pool, with football on TV and rugby showing at the other end. The atmosphere was really friendly, and everyone seemed nice. Drinks were good and inexpensive, the place was clean and tidy, and the service was good.

It’s a huge pub with pool tables and TVs, and always worth popping into. At £1.80 a pint, the value is amazing. I always enjoy coming here.

It gets busy, but it’s still a nice pub. I love the bingo, even though I didn’t win. The pint was cheap, so I’d recommend it.

This is our favourite pub, number one for us. Whenever we get back to Blackpool, we always stop in for a drink. And at £1.80 a pint, what’s not to like?
