The house is beautifully decorated and furnished, very clean, and has six bedrooms, five of them ensuite. There’s a huge dining room, a living room and a games room, plus three free off street parking spaces. The location is quiet but great, about a five minute walk to Coral Island, the Winter gardens and Blackpool Tower. The showers were okay but not very powerful, and a few rooms smelled a bit musty. Even so, it’s a brilliant place. Thank you so much.

We booked again before leaving, since Andy and Denise are such warm, friendly and welcoming hosts. The guest house is immaculate, and breakfast was lovely for starting the day. We only stayed one night this time, but we’ll definitely come back for longer.

We’ve just had a fantastic weekend at the ascot and have already booked again for the end of May. It was spotlessly clean, with very clean and comfortable beds. Denise and Andy are a lovely couple and made us feel more than welcome. Breakfast was perfect. Thank you both for making our weekend so good. I’d highly recommend this bandb.

We’ve been coming for four years, and Andy and Denise are brilliant hosts. They’re lovely people, the service is excellent, everything is sparkly clean, and breakfast is great.
