Blackpool Lodge Apartments

Holly & the team were great. We came as five lads for a birthday and darts weekend, and the place was just what we needed. Great location, 10/15 to either pier. The seagulls aside, we slept peacefully, and the beds were comfy with a nice hot shower. I’d recommend it to family and friends visiting Blackpool.

The location was good, but I won’t return or recommend it. At first I was happy when we arrived, then noticed it wasn’t very clean. It was very basic and too small for six people. Being accused by the host of breaking a bed that wasn’t broken when we left was really upsetting. I booked through Airbnb for the first time, and it’ll definitely be my last.

The apartment was in a great spot between the Tower and Pleasure Beach, and Holly and the Team were quick to help whenever we had a question. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. We stayed from the 21st to the 24th of October, and the place was surprisingly warm. There were plenty of dishes and utensils, and bedding and lovely fluffy towels were provided. The main bedroom mattress felt a bit springy, but turning it around sorted it out. I have fibromyalgia, so I tend to notice every lump and bump anyway, lol. We had a lovely time in Blackpool and would book the Blackpool Lodge again. As a family, we saw King's & Queen's at the Central Pier Show Bar and got the King's that night. It was great, with Elvis, Prince, Michael Jackson and Meatloaf. The Blue Light Card gave us 40% off Tower circus, Sea Life and more, which saved us a lot. The location worked perfectly for our seaside trip, and the whole family really enjoyed the apartments. The rooms had been newly decorated and looked smart. We had a great stay.
