Darren and Alison are such wonderful hosts, and they've put so much care and work into making guests comfortable. The rooms are lovely and everything is spotless. Breakfast is to die for, with alternatives available if you don't want a full English. This is one of the best places we've ever stayed, and we wouldn't choose anywhere else now. Thanks so much, Darren and Alison. See you in November.

We've stayed twice now, and both visits have been amazing. Darren and Alison are great, nothing is too much trouble, and the rooms are spotless. We love breakfast too. The Breen is definitely our go-to hotel in Blackpool. If it's full when we plan our next trip, we'd rather wait and rearrange than stay elsewhere.

I'm staying here now and have had a lovely welcome. The location is great, the room is lovely and breakfast is top notch. I'll definitely come back. A big thank you.

The place was spotless, and the bed was really soft with plenty of pillows. Breakfast was perfect, and nothing was too much trouble. Darren and his team looked after us brilliantly. Thanks for having us.

A lovely little hotel, and Alison's breakfast is first class. Well done, Darren and Alison.
