Really clean hotel, lovely owners and excellent food. It's good value and ideally placed for buses and trams. 10/10, definitely one of the best in blackpool. I'd go again.

Lyndsey and jenny and the kids, the breakfast was fab too. Billy and his partner were a lovely couple and gave great service. Absolutely loved staying there, and I'd definitely stay again.

We're far enough from central to get a good night's sleep, and the rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast is good and sets you up for the day. It's also two minutes from pleasure beach and the biggest spoons I've ever seen. This is my third year staying with Billy, and I've booked for a fourth. We love it here and can't wait to go back next year.

The hotel next door, which I'd booked months earlier, turned out to be closed. I went to The Withnell hotel to ask if they had a room, and Billy and his wife couldn't have been more accommodating. It's spotless, with a nice bar area and resident cat poppy. Breakfast was really nice too. I'd definitely stay again.

My son and I spent three nights here in August 2024. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the staff were friendly. We really enjoyed breakfast each morning. For the price, it was more than reasonable.
