The room next door came back at 23:30 and started playing loud music. There was nobody on site to deal with it. The location is good and there's parking at the property, though it costs a reasonable fee. Rooms were nicely presented and generally clean, but the bathroom wasn't quite up to scratch. There was hair stuck on the dark wall tiles, and bundles of hair between the sink pedestal and toilet. The living area TV remote didn't work, and the WiFi was nearly useless, which could be a problem if you have kids with tablets. A few basics were missing from a place with potential. I won't be rushing back.

The rooms were nice, the check-in staff were great and the location was good. But there was a strong weed smell in the corridors, then the fire alarm went off at midnight and got the kids out of bed. The night porter wasn't much help and said someone had been smoking in their room. It doesn't seem that person was evicted, despite the rule breaking and the disruption to everyone's sleep.

We had a one-bedroom apartment with a big living and dining area, modern throughout, spotless, and with super-comfortable beds. We've stayed in lots of places in Blackpool and usually come away feeling a bit let down by how run-down they are, so this one was a great surprise. Lee was really helpful over email and text, and a lovely lady met us and helped us up to the room. I wouldn't book anywhere else now, and can't wait to come back. The location is a big plus, close to everything we wanted, including the piers, shops, amusements and the Tower. The tram is across the street and ran every 12 minutes, with the seafront right there too. Parking is outside the building, from £10 per stay. The apartment was very nice, mostly white, with everything we needed: a working kitchen, microwave, fridge with bottled water on arrival, tea and a kettle. Each room had its own WiFi for the smart TV. The sofa beds were roomy and comfortable, and the main bedroom was nice, though the open-front wardrobe didn't offer much clothing storage. It was cold at this time of year. There was only one small, slim electric radiator, controlled by a timer, and I couldn't get it to turn on at other times. If we'd stayed longer than a couple of days, I'm sure the lovely owner would have sorted it quickly; he gave us his mobile number for direct contact. Our apartment was next to the main entrance, so voices in the echoing hall carried clearly and we could hear whole conversations. The building's front door was also left to slam at different hours overnight. Maybe a polite notice about respecting other residents would help, since long stays are advertised. We'd stay again because it's in a prime spot and well looked after.
