We stayed recently on 20/2/26 and are already looking forward to returning in April. Cath & Marc, the new owners, welcomed us warmly and offered complimentary drinks on arrival. The rooms are fresh, clean, modern, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. They have family rooms, doubles, and en-suite rooms. The B&B is close to the prom, winter garden, and tower, all within walking distance, and the car park is a 30-second walk away. There's a nice bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Breakfast is worth adding to your stay: 10/10, with fresh fruit, continental options, cereal, fresh juice, and a full English. Highly recommend.

The breakfast alone is worth the stay, and Marc and Cath are a lovely couple who make sure nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is super clean, wonderfully comfortable, and has an ambience that's hard to beat. Its location is perfect too. Staying here honestly feels like being at home as well as at theirs. Now that I've found this gem, I won't stay anywhere else in Blackpool. Highly recommended.

We got first-class service and amazing value for money. Lisa, the hostess and owner, and her husband made us feel very welcome. Our themed room was spotless, with a kettle, tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits. The shower was lovely and hot, and parking is available by arrangement with the hotel. We arrived as customers and left as friends.

The rooms were lovely and clean, and the beds were so comfortable. Lisa and Mark were perfect hosts, friendly and extremely helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was superb, and they even went out of their way to make sure my daughter got what she'd asked for. We'll definitely return next year to see them.

Lisa made sure the children got the breakfast they wanted, and breakfast was lovely. The owners were brilliant, always ready to help, and the rooms worked perfectly for our family of five. We'd definitely stay again.
