Blackpool was easy to get around from here, with everything close by, and the room had tea and coffee. The room itself was nice, though it could do with a little updating. We skipped breakfast, but the price looked good. I only saw the hosts at check-in. I tried the bar for a drink, but nobody came to serve me, so I went to the shop instead. On our last night the whole floor smelled of weed, and there was a lot of noise from one room. It wasn't the hosts' fault, but perhaps a few checks might help. Even so, I wouldn't rule out staying again.

Paul was attentive and wonderful as an owner. I asked for an iron and ironing board, and he brought them to my room within five minutes. Breakfast was great, with cereals, juice, freshly brewed ground coffee, and a good-sized full English. The location is handy for Blackpool's gay area, the North Pier, and the town centre. I had a Premium Room on the first floor, room 4, which was spacious, with a nice ensuite bathroom and shower. There was also a separate dressing room and garment rail, ideal for my clothes. I felt at home straight away and can't fault the place. I'd happily stay again.
