The room rate can change a lot from one day to another, from about £27 to £99 for the same room, depending on school holidays and local events. Meals cost extra, and I didn't try the small restaurant beside reception. The promenade is around a ten-minute walk away, and Blackpool Tower about twenty minutes. My room was clean, comfortable and ready at the advertised check-in time. It was airy, with a good-sized bed, fresh linen and towels, two chairs, and a little desk with a large lit mirror. There wasn't a wardrobe, just a shelf and hanging rail with roughly six wooden hangers. The bathroom had a bath with a handrail, an over-bath shower, sink and toilet, all clean. There was also a kettle, two cups and spoons, and a small supply of tea and coffee. The hotel faces Blackpool Football Ground and sits by a junction, but the soundproofing kept both from bothering me. Wheelchair access was easy from either the main street or the large car park. That's a municipal car park with its own charges, though the hotel gives you a discount code at check-in, about £7 a day. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend the place for a short family break, a business trip or a visit to Blackpool and its nightlife.

The food was lovely, and the staff were great, always ready to help. Emily was brilliant, just like the rest of the team. Happy hour runs from 5 to 7. It's a brilliant hotel, about a twenty-minute walk from Blackpool Tower.

We were lucky enough to have a view of Blackpool Tower and Blackpool football ground. There's a large car park outside, and booking at the hotel gets you a reduced rate. We paid £7 for 24 hours. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and well looked after. It's right in the centre of Blackpool, around twenty minutes on foot from the tower and about fifteen from the pleasure beach. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast had plenty of choice and was well worth the money overall. The rooms were very clean and to a high standard. Emily, the manager, welcomed us warmly at check-in and explained the facilities, and she couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks to Emily and the staff for making our stay enjoyable. We'll definitely book again.

We'd happily stay here again. From the minute we arrived, the staff were kind, polite and willing to go out of their way for us. Our room was clean and ready even though we arrived for an early check-in. Breakfast had a really good selection and everything was cooked just right. The drinks machines and food were kept stocked, and the staff kept the dining area clean. Dinner service was quick too, and came with a smile. Thanks from all of us for such a clean and pleasant stay! 😊
