Our family room was spotless, with soaps and gels provided, which was welcome since some hotels charge extra for those. Ian and his staff were friendly while keeping things professional and relaxed. We’ve already booked to stay with Ian again at Christmas. Traffic problems made us later than planned and left us pretty stressed, but the owner of Dering Lodge gave us a warm welcome and even sorted out where to park the car. Those four days turned into one of our most enjoyable stays in Blackpool. Ian always had a smile and a joke, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The breakfast he cooks was fantastic, too.

Even for our one night, George and Lorna made us feel very welcome. We’d booked the Ringbane Lodge Hotel next door for our trip to see the illuminations on Saturday 7th September 2013 with our grown up daughter, but a mix up about needing two rooms meant we were moved to Ringbane House Hotel. We were glad we ended up there. The rooms have fresh decor, new beds and bedding, and good bathrooms and showers. Lorna served a lovely hot breakfast with a smile. The hotel is central and the welcome was great. We hope to return to Blackpool for longer and will definitely book Ringbane House Hotel again. Good luck, George and Lorna.

Good value for money. The room was clean and the beds were good, but the pillows need improving. The curtains didn’t shut properly, the TV got no channels, and the bathroom was a bit small, though okay.

The owners were friendly, the room was clean with a nice en suite, and breakfast was good. A pleasant stay, I’d come again.
