Devon Guest House

The bed was perfect and it was really quiet, which was a bonus. Breakfast hit the spot, and Douglas made sure we had everything we needed. We’d come here for a little honeymoon after getting married, and I couldn’t fault the place. Douglas was so helpful and welcoming. We ordered takeaway tea, then sat in the dining room, where he joined us for a chat and kept us company until we went to bed. Such a lovely host and a great guesthouse. Thanks so much, Douglas. We’ll definitely be back!

Douglas was great from the moment we arrived until we left. He made us feel welcome during our visit just after getting married, and even checked in with us when we returned from our evening out. The room was perfect and breakfast was top notch. We can’t fault him and will certainly come back.

Douglas is a lovely man, and you can see how much pride he takes in doing everything himself. The room was clean, and the location was ideal for the pleasure beach and Blackpool front. Breakfast was spot on. That hard work deserves top marks. As Arnold says… I’ll be back. Top man, god bless.

The room was beautiful and very clean, breakfast tasted great, and the price was good too. Douglas was friendly from the start, greeting us with a smile and chatting as if we’d known him forever. He recommended places to eat and really couldn’t do enough for us. We’ll definitely book again.
