PLEASE BE AWARE THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED We travelled over 400 miles yesterday with a small baby and arrived to find the hotel closed. From reviews and conversations with locals, it seems the owners shut it quickly several months ago without notifying people who had bookings. We booked through Booking.com, and they’re still accepting bookings even though other guests had already told them about the closure. We were stranded far from home with a small baby on the hottest day of the year. It’s been hell.

The room was on the small side, with only a few hangers on the back of the door, so I wouldn’t choose it for a stay of several days. Next time I’ll ask for a bigger room. For one night and at that price, though, it did the trick, and breakfast was a good start to the day. The couple were lovely and very welcoming.

Christine and Leon are diamonds, and I can’t recommend this brilliant hotel enough. It’s a great location, about a five minute walk to the prom, South Pier and Pleasure Beach. Breakfast was great, and there’s free parking. You can’t go wrong booking here. 100% recommend.

For our one night away, this was just what we wanted. Our grandson loved the lovely room, and the beds were nice and comfy. Breakfast was excellent and set me up for the day. The location worked well, a short walk off the front and close to South Pier and the tram stop. It was an easy walk for our grandson, with no complaints. Leon and Christine made us very welcome, and we’d stay again.

Leon’s breakfast was delicious, especially the eggs, and the stay was excellent value for the price. Our room was spotless, with a cosy bed, and the hosts were brilliant, friendly and welcoming. Great location for a stay in Blackpool. I’d definitely recommend it. Kim & Andy
