I only gave it two stars because the bed was comfortable. We stayed in the kensington suite, which was well overpriced, and they charge an £80 cleaning fee on top. Yet when we arrived it smelled, it was dirty, and cigarette ends were scattered in the back yard. The toilet was coming off the wall, the sofa beds were badly stained, and there were no sheets to put on them.

The place was damaged, dirty, and damp, so we left three days early. sasco was no help at all and tried to blame us, and booking.com was no better. I wouldn’t book any sasco apartments, the advertising is false.

My daughter booked this dump for a family break from the 24th -til the 26th of aug 22, and she paid £300. The shower can’t be used because it floods the living room. The kitchen was filthy, as the pictures show, with flaking paint on the walls and holes in the doors. The toilet roll holder and towel holder were both hanging off, and the living room carpet was stained with who knows what. The wifi doesn’t exist, and we couldn’t use the cooker. I’m not fussy, but I do expect some basic level of cleanliness. Thank goodness there’s a bloody good chippy at the end of the road. It was bloody disgusting.

Dirty wee flat. Sorry, but the pictures can’t capture the smell. It stinks like a dump.
