I paid for parking in advance through the Your parking App because I knew it would be busy for the fireworks. When I arrived, it was full. The person who answered the hotel's phone wasn't apologetic and just said, "if it's full it's full." Don't advertise spaces and take payment when there's no room, you absolute melt! The place looked like an absolute state too. I can't believe it's a hotel, and wouldn't put my dog in it.

The room was a decent size for five of us and our dog. It was clean, and the bedding and towels smelled fresh. The small bathroom and shower did the job, the beds were comfy, and the top bunk was only a little squeaky. We had a TV and tea and coffee facilities. We booked direct, got contact details for the day, and someone rang to check our arrival time, which was great. We were warmly welcomed, and the kids and dog felt welcome too. The beach is a short walk away, and it's a 10-15 minute stroll to the Tower and town. The kids moaned about walking back, but that's kids! Paying for parking made things easier, and the man helping us even moved his car to make room. Nothing to fault, we'll definitely return.

The room was clean, with fresh bedding and a really comfortable bed. It had a TV, en suite, and tea and coffee facilities, and the place was dog friendly. Brendan (I think that was his name) was polite and helpful. The location worked well for where we needed to be. We can't find anything critical to say about the host, and we'll stay here again on our next trip to Blackpool with the children. Thanks for having us.

There was nobody to meet me, just a key outside the door that anyone could have taken. The room was really basic for £100 a night. The toilet door wouldn't close and the kettle was dirty. I love Blackpool, but this hotel is a definite no. I'll never go back.
